Northern Branch Manager, Legal Consultant
Inbar Menahem Har-Adir coordinates MARVA programming in the northern periphery. She holds a bachelor's degree in law from Bar Ilan University and a master's degree in humanities from the University of Haifa.
Since 2005, Inbar has been a lawyer in the fields of law and society. Inbar served as legal advisor to the Community Advocacy Association across its various branches, promoting social rights. Later, she established and managed the Legal Clinic for the Rights of the Elderly and Holocaust Survivors at the Faculty of Law at Bar Ilan University, which focused on legal responses to the elderly population.
Afterwards, she served as a lawyer in the northern region for the Yedid Association. In parallel with her work representing MARVA in the north, she runs the Values Clinic for Social Law at the Ono Academic Campus, where she works with students to make law accessible to underprivileged populations.
